Since last Wednesday I cannot open my money file any more using my passport
login and password. Although I enter my correct user name and the correct
password I get the error message: "You were not logged onto
surname.name@isp.net successfully. Please re-enter your member name and
password and try again." If I continue, I get to the

I already tried all tricks published by microsoft during at least 6 hours. I
even re-installed Money 2004 standard without any success.

When I click on the "Forgotten your passwod?" link, money tries to open the
following site: https://memberservices.passport.com...esetPW.asp
which cannot be found! When I replace passport.com by passport.net I get a
message that the server certificate expired. ""www.passport.net" is a site
that uses a security certificate to encrypt data during transmission, but its
certificate expired on 06.08.2007 01:59". When I click continue another error
is displayed: "You have attempted to establish a connection with
"memberservices.passport.net". However, the security certificate presented
belomgs to "www.passport.net". It is possible, though not unlikely, that
someone may be trying to intercept your communication with this web site."

When I contunue, I get to the page
accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf?vvP0&lc 57 to which I can
login without any problem!

It seems that Microsoft is having problems with its security certificates.

What can I do now? I don't remember the old password (the one without
passport login) and cannot acces 10 years of data. Also, I do not want to
lose all my data.

Is there any possibility to find out the password?
