How can I lock an object ?

I want to align objects without moving them both. In Freehand there is such a
function. You can lock and unlock objects, groups etc. What about PowerPoint ?

There is no such function in PowerPoint. If you center-align objects, they
are all moved to the center of the group. If you left-align, all but the
leftmost are moved.

By the way: This is a newsgroup in German language. If your native language
is German (which I cannot tell from that fantasy username you are using),
you may ask in German. If you prefer English, there's
microsoft.public.powerpoint.
