Jailbreak iPod Touch problems

Hello,
I downloaded and ran QuickPwn to jailbreak an iPod Touch 1G (sw 2.1). All is
well. Except that in both install apps (Installer and Cydia) there is no
"Install" button.

Is there supposed to be an Install button? I can scroll through several
packages, and see details, but how do you install?

Also, cannot SSH to the iPod (using Terminal, Fugu, CyberDuck): "connection
refused". How do I see if SSH is installed/running on iPod?

Mac Intel Mini 1.83 GHz / 1 GB / 80 GB
OS X 10.5.4
iPod Touch 1G; sw v2.1

Thanks,
Al, the usual

Don't know about Installer, but in Cydia this is sort of hidden (maybe a
bug). If you're viewing the details of a package, hit the back button
(on the top left) once. You should now see a install button on the top right.

You have to install OpenSSH for that (the server).
