LTSpice Problem mit LMP7721

Hallo!

Ich versuche, den oben genannten Operationsverstàrker in Spice
reinzubekommen. Ich habe die Subcircuit Zuordnung des Modells, das ich als
Spice-Kommando in das ASC-File gehàngt habe, an das OPV Symbol opasym2
angepasst.

Bei der Simulation bekomme ich keine Fehler, aber wenn ich das unten
eingehàngte ASC-File simuliere (nicht invertierender Verstàrker mit der
Verstàrkung 1) bekomme ich unrealistische Ergebnisse.

Eingangsspannung 100mV, Ausgangsspannung 65mV, Eingangsstrom positiver
Eingang unter 1fA, sollte aber so 3 bis 10fA sein. Eingangsstrom
invertierender Eingang 0,4mA, sollte im fA Bereich sein.

Die Spice-Simulationsparameter habe ich so wie im Modellkommentar empfohlen
angepasst (Gmin RelTol).

Wo ist mein Fehler?
