one Exchange account doesnt receive external mail anymore

Hi,

I am running a Windows SBS 2003 with Exchange on it. All worked fine
for about 2 years. Suddenly without changes in the configuration only
one user cannot receive external mail anymore while internal mail is
still delivered fine. For the rest of the accounts all works still
fine. I even created accounts for new employees which are running
totally fine!
I deleted the users account, deleted his profile on the server and the
client and deleted his exchange account manually. Created a complete
new account, but the problem still exists.

Did anyone experience something similar or has a clue how to solve
this issue? Thanks for your help!

This is a German Newsgroup!

Hast du mal in den Einstellungen des IMF geschaut (Globale Einstellungen
im ESM) ob der Benutzer dort evtl. eingetragen ist!
