Replacing CPU P4 (2,5 Ghz) with E2160 - how will FS9.1 react?

Hallo,

I am contemplating to get me a new system with Intel's DualCore2160. As a
matter of fact, each core of this CPU runs at 1,8Ghz, while my currently
used old Pentium 4 clocks 2,5Ghz. As far as I know, Flightsim 9.1 can't make
use of a DualCore-CPU. So would buying a low-cycled dualcore mean to
downgrade instead of upgrade, as far as Flightsim 9.1 is concerned? I am a
littlebit confused - so any help is greatly appreciated. Gunter

Dual core does help a lot. My FS9 now runs at 60 FPS.I do not know the
reason for it, but it sure does help.
