scp gibt mir Rätsel auf

Hallo
ich betreibe Linux-Rechner (123.456.789.119 und 123.456.789.113). Auf
beide kann ich problemlos über WinSCP von einem dritten (Windows-)
Rechner zugreifen.
Versuche ich nun vom ...113 auf den ...119 zu zugreifen klappt auch
dieses. Umgekehrt jedoch leider nicht, obwohl beide sshd_config Datei
identisch und original sind!
Einer eine Idee?

Hi,

1. sind denn auf beiden Rechnern die root aktiviert?
2. gibt es vielleicht einem Unterschied zwischen " eine Datei schieben " und "eine Datei ziehen"?
Das eine mal wird ja scp -pvf und das andere mal -pvt ausgeführt...ich kann die Parameter gerade nicht nachkucken
3. sind sowohl die ssh-Client als auch die ssh-server-configs identisch?...
