USB: connect-debounce failed, port 2 disabled

Hallo,

auf einem OpenSUSE 10.3 System (Kernel 2.6.25.9, Desktop), sehe ich Unmengen
dieser Meldungen in /var/log/messages. Teilweise im Sekundentakt.

kernel: hub 3-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 2 disabled
kernel: hub 7-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 5 disabled
kernel: hub 3-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 4 disabled
kernel: hub 7-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 5 disabled

An dem System sind keine USB Geràte mehr angeschlossen. Den genauen Mainboard
Typen kann ich gerade nicht nennen, es ist auf jeden Fall ein Asus und da es
ein Quad Core ist, auch relativ aktuell.

Eine Suche nach der Fehlermeldung mit google, findet einige Beitràge die sich
auf spezielle Laptops beziehen, Bluetooth betreffen oder HW die nicht korrekt
mit dem HUB verbunden ist. An diesem Rechner ist aber nichts mehr per USB
angeschlossen. In der Suse SDB finde ich nichts dazu.

Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wie man das abstellen kann?

An dem System sind keine USB Geràte mehr angeschlossen.



Sind das die USB-Buchsen am ATX-IO-Shield oder die Pfostenleisten für
Front-USB? Im letzteren Fall würde ich fehlerhafte/inadequate
Verkabelung vermuten.
